-
Studio Anton is a residential interior design studio based in Cambridge, working on projects across Cambridge, London, Suffolk and beyond. We work on everything from individual rooms to complete renovations and whole-home interior design projects.
-
We offer a comprehensive residential interior design service, tailored to the scope of each project. This can include interior concepts, space planning, kitchen and bathroom design, furniture and lighting, bespoke joinery and upholstery, window treatments, artwork and antique sourcing, as well as recommendations for trusted architects, builders and specialist tradespeople.
-
Ideally, as early as possible. Bringing us into a project during the initial planning stages allows decisions around layouts, lighting, joinery, materials and finishes to be considered together rather than in isolation.
-
Yes. Collaboration is an important part of our process. We regularly work alongside architects, builders, craftspeople and specialist trades to ensure the different elements of a project come together cohesively.
Where required, Studio Anton can also recommend trusted professionals from our network of tried-and-tested contractors and specialists.
-
Yes. For larger projects, Studio Anton can guide the interior design process from the initial concept through to the final details, bringing together layouts, materials, furniture, lighting, joinery, textiles, artwork and decorative elements.
Our role is to keep sight of the overall vision while helping to manage the many decisions involved in creating a home.
-
Yes. Not every project requires a complete renovation. We work on individual rooms as well as whole homes, and our Design Clinic is available for clients looking for more focused advice, whether that is resolving a particular design question or sourcing a specific piece.
-
Yes. Sourcing is an important part of Studio Anton's approach. We work with trusted makers and craftspeople on bespoke furniture, joinery and upholstery, alongside sourcing antique and contemporary pieces, artwork and objects.
The aim is to create an interior that feels collected and personal rather than prescribed by a particular house style.
-
We don't begin with a predetermined Studio Anton look. Every project starts with understanding the architecture of the property and how our clients want to live within it.
Our work is characterised by a thoughtful use of colour, natural materials, craftsmanship, antiques and pieces made to last, but the finished home should ultimately feel personal to its owners.
-
Yes. Studio Anton works with both contemporary homes and period properties, including listed buildings. Where specialist architectural or building expertise is required, we can work alongside or recommend appropriate professionals.
-
Every project is different. Timelines depend on the size and complexity of the property, the scope of work and whether building or architectural work is involved.
Once we understand your project, we can talk you through the likely stages and timings involved.
-
The first step is simply to get in touch and tell us a little about your property, location, timescale and what you're hoping to achieve.
From there, we can discuss the scope of your project and the most appropriate way for Studio Anton to support you.
